Testicular cancer

Testicular tumors represent a heterogeneous group of tumors that affects about 1.5% of the male population which usually manifests itself with a mass of hard consistency or in any case a bump on the testicle.Testicle self-examination is like breast palpation in women, the most important of screenings. The man who discovers a testicular mass must quickly contact the urologist specialist who will subject the patient to ultrasound and blood tests with tumor markers.In the event of even a suspected diagnosis, the patient will have to undergo exploratory surgery as soon as possible to evaluate the removal of the mass or the entire testicle (orchiectomy).
